About Dr. Roby

Dr. Yvett Roby is a nationally recognized leader in trauma-informed care, survivor advocacy, and organizational capacity building, with over 20 years of experience across clinical, academic, and nonprofit sectors. A Licensed Professional Counselor and Counselor Supervisor, she has secured over one million dollars in federal and state grant funding and is widely known for helping institutions build impactful, sustainable support systems. As the Founding Director of the Office of Survivor Support at Mississippi State University, the first of its kind in the state, she led the development of a comprehensive, survivor-centered model that now informs campuses and organizations across the country through her consulting, training, and speaking.

In addition to her clinical and advocacy work, Dr. Roby is the Founder of The GrantedPath, a group coaching collective designed for high-achieving female executives who are ready to start or grow purpose-driven businesses without leaving their corporate careers. Through her work, she bridges strategy and healing, equipping leaders to build systems, secure funding, and create impact without burnout.
